Class Format

1-Hour Class: A complete session is designed to uplift your body, mind, and spirit in 60 minutes.

Dynamic Warm-Up: We start with a 5-minute bodyweight warm-up to get our bodies ready and reduce risk of injury.

Exercise Demonstrations: I give clear instructions for all exercises and modifications, ensuring understanding of proper form.

50-Minute Workout: We complete a structured routine combining strength, resistance, and bodyweight movements to build muscle and endurance.

○ 2 upper-body exercises ○ 2 lower-body exercises ○ 2 core exercises (may vary)

○ All equipment and music provided.

5-Minute Finisher: We give a final burst of effort to challenge and energize ourselves before cooling down.
