ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Brandon!
I’m passionate about helping others restore their lives physically, emotionally, and spiritually through fitness. With over 8 years of experience in personal training, I’ve worked in both group fitness and one-on-one settings, helping clients achieve their goals with customized plans and expert guidance. Growing up, I played soccer, basketball, and was a kicker on the football team, even competing at the Division 3 level at Albion College in Michigan.
My educational background includes a degree in Kinesiology, majoring in Athletic Training, which has given me extensive knowledge in:
Injury prevention
Exercise modification and form correction
Strength training
Rehab progression
Athletic performance
One thing that sets me apart is my experience working in a physical therapy clinical setting, which allowed me to work with all demographics and learn exercises to support a variety of medical conditions and injuries.
My own journey through recovery from addiction has fueled my passion for helping others transform their lives. Since my sobriety date, October 28th, 2018, I’ve dedicated myself to empowering others to become stronger, more confident, and more connected to their purpose through fitness.

Brandon is the kind of trainer that you want to have because he pays attention, and he is always in your corner. I started off pretty overweight and wasn't initially seeing results. Brandon and I had a heart-to-heart conversation about not being able to outrun a bad diet. Not only did Brandon help revise my workout schedule to emphasize more HIIT, but he also helped work with me on a nutrition plan that was sustainable and scientifically backed. Once we made those changes, the weight started shutting off like it was nothing. I lost 15 lbs in 7 weeks, while losing body fat and building muscle! Not only that, but Brandon will push you to do your best in the most encouraging way possible. He is relentlessly positive and will push you to do just one more rep. I've still got a long way to go, but I wouldn't trust anyone else to help me achieve my goals. If you are looking for someone to help you get where you're going, Brandon is the trainer for you.

Brandon is excellent at what he does! You can sense his passion and extensive knowledge of fitness. He modified for my injuries while still making the workouts beneficial. The workouts he created challenged me and kept me engaged; I love coming to the gym! His professionalism is top notch and admirable. Brandon is defiantely in the right line of work! Although a trainer, he is invested in more than just my workouts. He is invested in me as a whole person asking about my life outside of the gym and encouraging me beyond the gym. I have thoroughly enjoyed being trained by Brandon!
